The staff was excellent about helping me go to a different room when my room wasn't cold enough. The staff was very friendly. I would go there again. Clean.

They are trying to upgrade the property but a lot remains to be done. The decor is fairly new but the room is musty. The staff was very nice . Someone was smoking in a room near me and when I told staff, they immediately went looking for the smoker. They must have found them because the smoke smell disappeared on 2nd day if my 6 day stay. It shows that they have be trying to upgrade the rooms. I think the building outside has new paint.
The pavement all around the building is full of large holes. The stairs into one if the side entrances are crumbling and the lock into that entrance wasn't working. The bathtub had several holes in it. The room I had was partially below ground level and may be cause of must y odor. The wall around the toilet tank was poorly finished. The toilet seat although new was so poor quality that it didn't fit well.

Location, nice beds
The parking lot was in need of total replacement. There was a lot of holes in the parking lot. The door we used was needing repaired because it would slam shut and hard for us to open.

Location and front desk staff was great
Had no toilet paper or garbage bags. Very warm AC would only run for a few minutes then shut off for hours no matter what we did.

This is one of the better places I have stayed. The staff was all very friendly and on top of everything. The indoor pool was amazing when it said heated pool that's what it was. I have health issues and they accommodated for all my needs. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Don't really have any dislikes wish pool stayed open til 10 but that's not drastic cause it was extremely good. Their breakfast could of been just a little more like maybe a biscuit and gravy.

The room itself was nice, and it was clean.
Did not use the pool, but it looks clean and was used by a number of people when I walked by.
If you like soft beds and very soft pillows, this is your kind of place

lack of breakfast items, the front desk clerk taking care of breakfast was asked by multiple guests to refill coffee and she never did. facility was rundown in some areas. most hotel staff were rude and could never be found

The bed was great!! Needs to get renovated though,
Broken things and dirty couch and floors , run down.
The rooms, parking was roped off, we thought they we closed. Bad hallways, curtains, showers walls, carpet. I loved the bed and the water in the shower.
Breakfast was good, nice room.

The staff was extremely friendly. When I asked about restaurants, they gave me a written list. They also gave me a room that accommodated my elderly guest so that she didn't have to walk so far.
The hotel entrance had been damaged by water and another route through the hotel was created to get to the front desk. When entering the banquet room door on that route, the first impression was not good at all. The carpet was filthy and the interior looked shady. I almost changed my mind but the staff was so friendly. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. Hard mattress. The sidewalks were broken. This was an odd shaped hotel.

the bed was big. and the room was clean
the heat didn’t work. the hot water didn’t work for the jacuzzi tub. that’s the whole reason I booked the room and my request was denied to move to another room because they didn’t want to give me money back.

From check-in (with the exception of not having connecting rooms or even close) to our stay - the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the shower was perfect water pressure and settings. It isn't often we travel and stay overnight - Thank you for a positive experience. Staff was excellent!
I have never seen such little square pillows. Would have preferred regular sized pillows.

Rooms and building have had some renovation and it is obvious more is ongoing. rooms still need some attention especially carpeting but very useable and since we were only overnight it met our needs.
Booked a king bed but had two full size beds, it was late and we were tired so did not bother going to the desk to change but would be nice if we got what we booked.

The price is reasonable. But there are no frills.
That they charged a $50 incidential fee with price. This does not fall off for 2-14 business days!
