Lobby and breakfast were great. But the highest praise goes to the two front desk clerks (Georgia and Amber)! I needed medical help and they took care of me—found the nearest ER, called them for availability and gave me directions. Afterwards, they were able to call several booking clients who had reservations for the type room I needed (due to medical issues) and found a reservation that agreed to switch rooms with me. They couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating!

The hallway carpeting was stained and torn in places and needed replacing. The outside grounds were terrible—mulch needed replacing, trash everywhere and dead bushes, etc.

Heated pool was cold. Grandkids enjoyed even though cold.

We have to get replacement keys several times because they didnt work.

Breakfast was decent standard hotel breakfast.

Keycards for the doors only worked HALF the time. Had to insert it multiple times to try to get it to work. 😑 and light switch didn't work on my side of the bed.

The breakfast was really. good my kids enjoyed every moment we had bad serves with orange juice at another hotel, but their orange juice was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. We didn't have to ask for anything they gave us towels when needed and it was not very loud, I love it. We will be staying again.

it was nothing to change but I would have like a kitchen area to cook other food for the day, but this hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. front desk was amazing when I needed assists with my TV, they came right away with no problem. I love this hotel.

The location was great

There was a group above us that was extremely loud from about 11:30pm until about 4am I say about because our clock was an hr off in our room and I didn't realize that until later I called the front desk around 2am and complained it got a little quieter for about 20mins and then got loud again we found out they were still there the second night and just checked out and went to a different hotel and ate the cost of the room because it had ruined one of our 2 days of our trip oh and the bed we had was broken and the attempted to fix it with a 2x4 but didn't work
