I've stayed here multiple times it's my go-to place in Biddeford, choices are limited as it is so it's nice to have a decent place. The staff is always courteous, breakfast is convenient usually not bad for a hotel breakfast.

A few issues with my card being declined multiple times for the room I don't know if it was on my bank's end or not no complaints other than that, that's minor

ventilation and heating system was very loud. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. poor sound insulation as we could hear coughing and talking next door and noisy hallway.

Fire alarm sent everyone outside, took forever for the fire department to come clear it to go back in. Rumored to be from a guest smoking in their room. Staff were never at the front desk, always had to approach the desk and tell excuse me. Gentleman at the front desk was rude when I contacted the hotel about an issue with my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t put the manager on the phone.

That I had a little problem at check in cause of booking.com but the manager I think his was rj and he took care of right away

Breakfast was good. Furniture was damaged and tables were not cleaned.

The exercise room which I purposely stayed at the hotel for was not properly working. TV did not work. Elliptical sqeaked badly and the bike did not work. Staff could not help. Gave me wrong email address for manager. I gave my concerns but received not response. Should have gotten a full refund.

I thought the location was good and the room was good. The staff was nice.

The cleaning people never cleaned our room. We stayed for a week and not one single day did they clean our room. We had to take out our own trash. We had to take our dirty towels down to the front desk to get new ones. When we ran out of toilet paper, we had to go down and get more from the front desk. I've never stayed in a hotel that did this.
