The location was great. Close to Birch Run Outlet Mall. The rooms were large, clean, tastefully decorated with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. The pillows great. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices hot or cold.
I have nothing negative to say. Great hotel.

The breakfast was a terrible setup, hot irons and children running around, it would be easier to just make the waffles in the back. The pool was very cold

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very welcoming! It was clean. The breakfast was very good. I will stay again.
The only thing that was wrong is our toilet wasn’t flushing that well. I told the lady at the front desk. She left a note for the maintenance man.

The location was great. It was easy to get to and close to what I wanted to do.
The lighting wasn't the greatest, and the pillows were too flat.

It was near the outlet mall, had a meijer next door, and convenience of fast food around.
Lots of rules/strictness! The kids were not allowed a beach ball in the pool. The hot tub was warm at best and the jets are pointed up like water fountains.

Cleanliness of the room. Friendliness of the staff. East of booking, checking in/out. Continental Breakfast was FANTASTIC!

There was a little problem the first day. The pool and hot tub were closed. That was 50% of the reason why we came to your hotel. The staff worked very hard and got the pool and hot tub back online and my daughter and myself were ecstatic. You guys are the best

The location was great for traveling to the places we where going to go see. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. Had a nice assortment of things to choose from. ( but didn't like the sausage links or patties).
The window need to be checked, room 357. You could hear the wind coming through and it was making a high pitched whistling sound all night and during the day. Then the people that were next door would not shut up. You could hear them through the wall. It sounded like they were moving furniture around and talking very loud. You could still hear them over our TV. I didn't get to sleep until 5:30 AM . Receptionist for the 3rd shift was very nice. She tried calling them multiple times but they had taken their phone off the hook. Then people didn't want to / or know how to share the Hot Tub. But over all I would stay here again.

Not busy for the time of year and we like that. Our in room spa was wonderful. In our honeymoon and we just relaxed
