Arrived at night tired family traveling. Our room was ok but not enough towels left for us four people and no bedding for the pull out. Once we got all we needed and all set like pullout bed made and kids in shower - we found out toilet didn't work. Only option was to pack everything back up and move rooms. Front desk apologized and offered a compensation. Next morning went to front desk and the woman working was rude and in all honesty a downright liar. No compensation was ever given to us for their lack of staff and the morning front desk woman should NOT be in the hospitality industry.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean in every aspect except the floor needed vacuumed. Crumbs in front of desk area.

we wanted a hotel so we could sleep. we could not sleep. my brother got a migraine and we had to leave for his health.

the location right off the highway was great. we also liked the media room where we could get together with our group and hang out.
they had used wayyy too much chlorine in the pool area so it burned your eyes and lungs. the pool area also wasn’t clean and there weren’t enough clean towels. our room was tidy but didn’t feel clean. socks were left under the bathroom vanity and the couch was stained. guests across the hall found vape pens in the fold out couch. the hotel seemed understaffed and the woman from the front desk was having to do way too many tasks for one person.

We enjoyed the use of the theater room for our group to hang in and enjoy dinner together.
The pool was so heavily chlorinated that just being in the room burned our eyes and after 10 minutes of swimming all of the kids were coughing horribly. We met two other families at this location (close to home) so our kids could swim together over their mid winter break.

Front desk had attitude when checking in, pool had way to much chlorine and never no towels, Room - bathroom had not even half row of toilet paper and no extras, main bed had wrinkled sheets and stained pillow cases, pull out bed had dirty sheets and chip crumbs in the bed when I unfolded it.

Breakfast was what I expected. Typical quick breakfast but would have liked waffles. The young man working stayed very busy keeping up with everything.
Above us and on our floor was loud. A lot of activity including someone arguing to the point a woman screamed "get your ass out of here". It was new years Eve so I decided to try ignoring it hoping no shots would be fired.

The rooms were clean and comfortable
The hot tub wasn't working and there were no towels, had to ask for a lot of things to be filled at breakfast

Great location to the ball park! A nice safe walk! Very clean!! Didn't get the young man's name at the desk, but he was very friendly and helpful!!
