The room we stayed in was very clean and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were both a breeze! Also, the breakfast was great. LOVED the strawberry waffles!

The staff was very friendly, the room and facilities were clean; they had amenities available 24/7 (which is rare) and are dog friendly.

The armoire (instead of a closet) and fridge was really cramped and hard to use in the space provided. I also didn’t love the person who ran their really loud car right outside the window late at night and early in the morning. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but next time I would request a room on a higher floor to avoid the parking lot noise & lights.

That you guys did a bait and switch that is not cool and not sure if I will use ur app again. My room was suppose to have two queen beds and a king bed. It had one queen bed and a king bed and it was suppose to have a jacuzzi tub and it did not. That is what I reserved ask the manager and they said only single king room have them not the kind of room I reserved. Was very impressed with the hotel and staff it's self not your app. Quit baiting and switching the rooms you should be ashamed of urself
