The first floor room.

The place is getting run down. We've stayed several times and looks like owner doesn't care.

Close to Light House Beach, maybe 6 minutes. Facility was clean and breakfast was stocked. Beds are amazing.

Elevators were a little wonky, so staying on the 4th floor was a drag but not the end of the world.

The location was convenient for what we had in our plans. The first day was interrupted by a storm that took out most of Port Huron power, but not the hotel. The beds were comfortable and they provided us with a light breakfast, coffee, and tea til 10 pm. Vending and ice machines. Unfortunately the phone in the room did not work.

There were spider's in the bathroom. Although the room had been clean, we found a earing in the bathtub. We were cautioned to keep the room as we found it. Although the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. We went to the desk but no one was there. The phone did not work, and neither did the TV. But we were hardly there.

Pool dirty, pull out couch disgusting, blue throw over bed stained and dirty, overview of facility, not very clean.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable & the staff was very nice.

I called before booking and asked if they had a hot tub. Main reason for the stay at this hotel and the person told me yes they had a pool & hot tub. I checked in to find out they do not have a working hot tub & they plan to fill it in. The pool was cold & there was not enough seating in the rooms for the price.

Our room was clean and the spa was working. Staff was nice and let us upgrade our room and let us check it early

booking.com used, names of visitors show up on my end, on the app, but when they went to check in the hotel didnt have their info/names and haphazardly gave them rooms. breakfast was described to me as weak and lacking.

No handicap/support bars in tube/shower...I slipped and banged my side
