We booked through booking.com. We got a reply that they could accommodate our need for a first floor room, close to desk, preferably handicapped.  when we arrived very late in evening, as we informed them, we were put in a second floor room two rooms from the farthest room away possible. We both walk with canes, and had to drag all of our luggage, very unhappy about this.

Loved the waffles and the beds was comfy
My toilet was leaking, the man at the desk was rude after I had to call the ambulance for my son. The two ladies working was awesome and helpful.

The 100 dollars deposit they never told you you got to pay. The receptionist was really rude. The room was dirty, in general is not worth paying 100 dollars for a room in this hotel. Next time I’m just paying 20 more and stay in a decent place

there was a bed to sleep in
the $100 deposit I had to put down without being told about it ahead of time, they also said two days before it would be returned and I haven’t received it yet. trash wasn’t emptied before we got to the room. stains on the bed sheets, entrance was difficult to find.

Breakfast was nice. The setup was fine.
It was more than I expected. The lady that was there was great. Staff cleaning crew.Room cleanliness. Valuable’s what I think anyway untouched and in place as I left it. Good job!!
The things that I did not like was the kids running up and down the hallway the first night. Second things was the trash being at the side entrance by door. Which was a drop off point for after cleanup. Which is a double edge sword. Better trash outside waiting for pickup, than trash inside and rooms not being cleaned. Informed clerk I was told they were waiting waiting for it to be moved. And it was.

Stella the receptionist was amazing I appreciated her so much for getting me in a room last minute so I didn't have to drive in the snow storm.

A $100 deposit was charged to my credit card for problems with the room? I've never had that happen before.
The room needs to be updated. The bathroom tub had repair work done on it which was very apparent. The wall was not fixed in the bathroom.

Close to the mall and shopping. Lots of parking. Includes breakfast which was decent.
The smell of weed and smoke was everywhere, outside and inside. The bathroom fans needs a good clean. The bathtub doesn’t have a plug and the toilet paper is super think.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a refrigerator for cold foods and the room was big and spacious. The desk was very big and perfect for a working area. The room came equipped with a closet and ironing board and iron.
I was not prepared for the $100 security deposit for room cleanliness. You pay $100 security deposit and when you check out, you get the security deposit back. The sign is posted at the hotel, but I pre-booked and was not aware of the $100 deposit.
Breakfast was served later than the posted time and the tv didn't work in the room I was in. Overall, I had a nice stay.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was a good value based on the amenities like breakfast, free WiFi, and parking.
The place always smelled like marijuana.
