The staff are quite possibly the rudest I’ve encountered in my years. They made it very clear right from the get go that they didn’t want a transgender woman on their property by trying to refuse me the room that I had already booked and paid for by arguing with me that my ID was not accepted because it says I’m a man. After 30 minutes of arguing with them they finally gave me the room and then asked me to please stay inside the room because having me on their property would attract clientele that they don’t want there

As you can tell by what I likes about it was apparently nothing. The onsite laundry is way overpriced and the machines steal your money and guess what, they would lift a finger to figure it out ! Obviously they needed my money more than I did

A bit high rates for the type of stay and appearance of place it was like the Vegas in but I did have a place to stay temporarily but would not

The appearance was not up to part I had to get a key everyday due to the fact it was activated for one day and I stay for three it wasa bit

There was no breakfast and the only vending machine is broken

The heat didn't work in the room. I saw and killing roaches also.

The bathroom had a cockroach crawling around, the smoke detector was missing, no usb plugs to use for a phone charger. Felt very unsafe there.

It was comfortable for a couple of days. Conveniet for who I was visiting

not coffee maker in room, not TV guide for Channels in room or on TV.

The walls are so thin that you can hear everyone and everything. It also was very dirty on the walls and light switches.
