Renovation currently going on in the building, so the room we had was previously updated and looked nice. Seemed to be sound proofed. Underground parking was great.

The bathroom door stuck badly and you had to pull hard to open it. They weren't able to supply us with room that we booked though they gave us a different room that worked. Only one elevation so sometimes we had to wait a bit for it to come. Fridge had no freezer with it.

Price., Lots of plugin's near the bed on lamps and dressers. Much better.

Elevator filthy same for 5 stays over 2 years. Parking garage dirty and floor wet with stale water needs cleaning sweeping regularly. Terrible coffee and needs better creme and sugar supply. None available or hard to access. No electric or USB plug in's available near desk...always under construction or renovation. Same thing for 2 years yet seems like no progress.. lots of homeless and interesting people hanging out side or near the property.

Everything everything except I was charged $149 a night and I've been here three nights and now I see $69 a night I think that is very unfair but stuff happens

Just stated stayed here this is my fourth night at $149 a night something is terribly bad about that

Smelled musty, noisy , stunk like pot in the lobby, handle fell off the door when we were leaving just not what we expected

beds were ok

pool wasn't open, room wasn't clean, walls were dirty, hair in the bathroom, mold in the tub, just not a good experience. to many shady people

Bedding was clean and comfortable .

The Tv did not work and the frig was very frosted up. We spilled a little bit of water on the floor and I went to wipe it up with a couple kleenexes and they were very dirty.

the whole place was horrible and headboard was dirty room was not very well cleaned was super loud room was not ready for checkin until late late and was a waist of money that was not worth the stay whatsoever I never paid that much money to not feel safe or comfortable at any hotel worse experience

I like that the hotel is getting a remodel. The two staff people I interacted with were obviously trying to work very hard and were pleasant and responsive to the needs that came up.

There was no notice that the hotel was under construction. That was ok, just would have appreciated notice. This is in Great Falls in March, we had one thin top blanket and a sheet. Since the temps were 3 degrees, extra blankets already in the room would have been nice. Bathtub has been remodeled but needed a good bleaching for the mildew.

Room was dirty and filter in ac/heater needs to be changed or cleaned blankets covered in hair and stains floor was dirty only one wash cloth was woke up at 7am with housekeeping trying to walk in the room without knocking first and was told our room was marked as vacant room smelled so does hallways not worth the money they charge for the room

Front desk was very helpful, kind, and very professional, the room was clean and housekeeping was very nice. Everyone that I met was amazing Arlow the manager was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and I will book with them again.

Some of the other guests were not very considerate of other guests

1st room had flooring coming up by door & no towels, 2nd room Water faucet falling off sink & NO water to sink along with flooring loose by door & dirty. 3rd room very little water coming from sink faucey & faucet was ready to come off, no Toiletries, no towels dirty floor & flooring at doorway was loose & we kept tripping over it, no pillows on our bed. Each floor & rooms(they moved us 3 times), were filthy dirty hallways & full of garbage, plus they say if we want clean towels we had to bring old to get new & leave trash from room in large can by elevator(but it was already frowing overwith trash)...are they kidding, they we not going to even clean our room Very Disappointing.
