Location.
Blood on bed sheets and no room service. One of my colleagues also had blood on their bed sheets and they were in another room. Couldn't plug all the appliances up in the room because there wasn't enough power circuits in the room. Some power outlets and lamps didn't even work. Small bathroom and the bathroom door opens the wrong way barely missing the toilet by a 16th of an inch. There's also no way to wash and dry your clothes on the property which shows that the management and ownership don't plan on you staying too long. Which is why I ended my stay earlier than expected. The hotel is extremely outdated.

Hot tub was broke and was told if worked fine staff was rude lazy and the build stunk like Marijuana shower was broke and while trying to let staff know hot tub is broke he is on a personal call for 45 minutes but I'm being harassed by another customer and he ain't saying anything so filed a complaint and manager Tessa offer a complete refund of 114.92.

It was close to all the stores and restaurants we were planning to go to.. The rooms were great, and the bed and pullows were comfortable..

I like that it was quiet and close to all my destinations spots.
I did not like the price tag per night for the room..
The morning breakfast area had items that were out of stock. Only one staff member was working to try and accommodate the front desk and trying to replace the things that were out in the breakfast area.I think it's an improvement that needs to be upgraded.

The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable and I felt safe during my stay.
Didn't find any movie channels and the water pressure kinda sucked. Other than those minor things, I have no complaints.

Only issue was the toilet was very noisy after use.

It was a great stay. The young man at the front counter was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great start to a day of shopping. It was close to all the shopping we went down for and close to restaurants.

Basically I got robbed. Apparently if it's past checkout time the hotel staff has the right to come in and have their hands on your property, and take it all out in garbage bags until you return to the hotel. I got no calls, no warnings, and I extended my stay twice before so it shouldn't be a surprise to the staff and management that I was coming back and have no issue extending my stay. This is a violation to my rights and property. When I went through my stuff I noticed a couple of things missing on top of a 10$ bill.

Excellent breakfast with numerous options--we loved the waffles. Very quiet. Staff were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. They offered advice and suggestions to make our stay more pleasant.
THe hot tub was not working the first night we were there; however, it was fixed for our second night. The pool was a bit chilly--we would have prefered it to be heated a bit more.
