The hotel needs a lot of and updating.

There wasn't one specific thing other then it needs updating.

The bed spreads are nice

TVs don't work, maintenance is no show, WiFi has no internet, rooms smell funny, door doesn't latch correctly. I'd like a refund.

I've been staying at this location for over a decade and I think the rooms could use some new furnishings.

The only thing I liked was how comfortable the bed was. Everything else left me with a negative option. See below for dirty towel picture of the floors!

First, I check in and he's not very welcoming. He talks with his employee instead of getting me checked in. Then, there's a huge TV behind him, I couldn't help but look at it, and because it's security stuff, he kept asking me what I was doing as if I was a criminal. Close the door if you don't want people looking at it; it's a huge tv. Now, don't get me started on the room! Housekeeping is terrible! There's deed bugs and hair behind the toilet, A/C unit and floor lamp. There was some werid sticky stuff all up and down the back side of the bathroom counter, and the floors themselves were so gross. I wiped up a water mess and the white towel came up super brown. Clearly these floors haven't been cleaned in forever! No I have to worry about athletes foot, etc because proper cleaning procedures weren't being done! Lastly, NO SHOWER TOWELS!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! All I have to say, so not impressed Ramada!

The breakfast layout was great

My room - I felt very unsafe .. not taken care of …. The back of my door was off, I had holes in the ceiling of the bathroom, the tub was very rusty and didn’t look clean.. we had no soap and used the shampoo as soap. I didn’t sleep a wink because of it.

Beds were comfy

Everything besides the beds. Photos don’t show that it’s like a motel, with bedroom doors on the exterior, large glass panes next to it that would be easy to break into. Scary for a solo traveling female. Also the rooms toilet seat was off it’s hinges and sliding everywhere, tub had a bunch of black mold, bathroom light flickered like a horror movie, the mold made the room smell musty. Awful.

Breakfast the usual hotel breakfast. Not appetizing. I went to Starbucks next door for a good cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

The paint peeling off the shower. Dirty bathroom. Not quite at all. Coffee pot wasn’t empty or clean.

It was not very good. There were multiple choices though.

Air conditioner worked

No towels we stayed 5 nights never got cleaned there was sauce in trash can that wasn’t from us. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash they were all empty. We had to ask for towels every day. There was a brown stain on one of the comforters that was gross. We stay in North Platte for fair every year and we won’t be staying at this hotel anymore and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff was friendly

I was the first to get a room at check in time and my room was very dirty; floors were barely swept and not mopped, counters were dirty, fridge was a mess and shower wall had little curly hairs on it. Went to call front desk and phone doesn’t work. Walked to front desk and they sent cleaning lady back up. She was very kind, cleaned the counters and sprayed something on the entry floor to mop while I waited outside. She even changed the bedding to be safe. I kicked my shoes off, walked from bed area to shower and stepped foot in the shower and dirt off my feet in the tub from just the short walk across the “clean” floor. Needless to say I would not stay there again, even if the rooms were half the price.

The arrangement of the facilities, pool & hot Tub was condo style. We enjoyed our stay.

What a crying shame! This hotel could be so much better! Check in was a nightmare. The desk person couldn't find our reservation. She knew nothing about it. After finding us a room, we discovered the filthy walkway. Littered with trash. Q tips, candy wrappers, dirt etc. The room looked ok at first but, we soon discovered the floor hadn't been vacuumed in ages. It had sand, dirt and dead bugs. We couldn't find the remote for the TV and they didn't have a spare so we moved several doors down. Same thing, dirty floors and countertops were gritty with dirt. When i pulled the covers back on the bed i discovered stains in the sheets! There is clearly a lack of leadership as far as housekeeping goes. . Based on the cleanliness, I won't be going back. I had to wash my feet before I could get into bed! They were black from walking on that floor. We only had one wash cloth for the two of us!

Room didn't have any usable cups for the coffee in the morning. Air conditioning was very loud. Breakfast was a joke. No fruit, yogurt, cereal. Juice machine was broken.

Room size & price. Desk staff was attentive and polite.

The facility was like make-up on a pig. Dated facility a coat of paint was slapped on instead of meaningful repairs and upgrades. The toilet wouldn't flush and the shower drained very slowly. Asked for maintenance that never came. Hot tub was broken. The pool paint coat was flaking off in 2 - 3 in chunks. Breakfast amenities were lacking and random collection of buffet equipment. (I.e. Cheap, non commercial, coffee dispenser used for apple juice, knives were nowhere to be found at breakfast, etc)

I like my room I stayed in

Bathroom wasn’t clean cuz there was hair all over the tub and the wall and I don’t have that long of hair and the floor wasn’t swept in the main room by the furniture

Two rooms, standard king and queen suite. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Rooms were clean.

King room had coffee machine but no coffee. The shower took a bit to get water flowing, possibly due to water pressure issues the day before, according to front desk staff. Several leaks throughout the hotel with buckets and landscape tubs set up to catch drips. As you walked through hotel, nearly every storage and office door was wide open, giving it an unkempt look and feel. Door to pool was not secure. Multiple doors to outside were propped open in the morning.. Door to room would not close properly. Breakfast had a coffee machine that didn't work, and the cheapest Styrofoam plates and plastic silverware you can get was used. Avoid the restaurant in the hotel (Bosses Ckicken & Pizza)!! Manager was trying hard but could not overcome mediocre food and awful staff/service. Waitress didn't take order correctly, did not check back, took 25 minutes to get a tap beer and whiskey/coke, and the way the bartender poured the mixed drink was the craziest thing I ever saw. She was loud and obnoxious while working behind the bar and got into an argument with other customers, and actually yelled at them. Manager comped our drinks, apologized, said he was short staffed, which was BS, they weren't that busy. He just had the wrong staff. I realize this hotel may be in a transition/remodeling phase (hopefully), but more than likely it's been taken over by a local owner that doesn't have the financial means to do a proper over haul. Hotel room floors covered by cheap vinyl, furnishings had the economy particle board look and feel. The king room had a kitchenette with a microwave mounted to the cabinet above the stove/counter that was 1) too small for the space and 2) wasn't even a microwave designed to be mounted in a hanging fashion.
