Our door didn't lock and we had to wait for maintenance to fix it. It took so long and we were cut short on the activities we had planned. The TV didn't work. The room needs updating.

People drunk hanging outside of rooms on the sidewalk, constant smell of cigarettes and pot, janky door and lock, didn’t feel safe to have my children there, no hair dryer, broken ice machine, disgusting floor, ceiling retaining moisture, no exhaust in bathroom, window in the shower

It was close to cedar point. The room was inexpensive.

For being a non smoking area, there were a lot of smoke coming into our room from neighboring rooms. Dead bugs were everywhere in the bath room. I had to clean them up for our kids. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding had rips. The carpet was full of stains. The AC didn’t work for us we were sweating most of the night till it finally kicked on at 3am. The room was also Lacking outlets so phones could charge. Our room was back in a corner and had no security lock. Over all stay was bad. A couple days later the family is still talking about how gross the room was.

I planned my stay for the 2 days. Upon arrival there were so many issues. The hotel is disgusting. Staff is rude. The site advertised an indoor pool, which there was not one. I tried to get refund and cancel my stay. I was charged full price even though I didn't stay at all. I spoke with the Booking.com representatives and they tried to get my stolen money back but to no avail.

Great cheap motel. Totally what you would expect for the price. Friendly staff. Kids love the pool.

Had to slam the bathroom door to close it so It woke everyone up. Everything else was fine.

I liked that it was so close to Cedar Point

Bathtub had MOLD, floor was FILTHY and had to ask for clean towels.

The hard uncomfortable bed, no microwave or fridge so I had to waste food everyday I was there smh

smelled like weed through the building. the door had a gap in it. couldn’t turn the air on and it felt like it was 100 degrees in there. my opinion it wasn’t fit to have kids there.
