Room layout is very desirable. Ample room. Clean facilities.

Needs lighting in the couch area. Reading spots at the nightstand were inoperative.

We had to leave before breakfast was available. However, we were able to fill our travel mugs with coffee, which was nice. Also, we arrived earlier than 3 check in. The receptionist arranged for us to check in early with the help of cleaning staff!

It's not a big deal but it would have been nice to have muffins, cookies or granola bars for those travelling before 6 am breakfast time.

The breakfast was so great! Loved the waffle maker! And the jacuzzi In our room was very relaxing and spacious!

We have stayed in a lot of comfort suites and this is by far the best. Brenda at the front desk was personable, helpful, and kind. She really made us feel welcome and was able to answer all of our questions. Jody was fantastic at the breakfast. She kept everything stocked and was kind and helpful to our boys. A lot of places stop re-stocking their food the last our but she was really on top of it. They offered something for everyone both hot and cold choices plus to go bags for travelers that don't have time to eat. That is a super great idea. The staff at this facility really understand and provide what guests want and need. The rooms are clean, the beds are really comfortable, the furniture is really nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are huge. Normally you can barely turn around in hotel bathrooms but this one was spacious and functional. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

We loved our stay and I don't have any negatives to share.

Lobby and breakfast area were spotlessly clean and very festive. We always book a 2 x Queen plus sofa bed room. Brand new pillow-top sofa beds here and they are the comfiest we've had on I-75... and we've tried a lot! Breakfast was good enough, plus the breakfast room attendant insisted we took a snack bag each for our long wintry trip ahead.

Lumpiest pillows we've experienced... ever. Comically lumpy, unfortunately. Like something out of the Flintstones. These need to be replaced immediately. Would like see recycling options at breakfast.
