The location was convenient for our visit purpose, the St Charles Hospital

The carpet is extremely worn. It was bunched up and sagging in the middle. I tripped on it multiple times. Aside from being a trip hazard it was very badly stained. In our room every piece of furniture was worn, chipped, and stained. The carpet was less saggy but still just as stained. The best part of the stay was that there was no mold in the bathroom, and the linens were clean. The room wasn't worth the price.

it was better than sleeping on the streets.

Breakfast was a joke microwave food, pre package processed foods, juices were not available juice machine said “out” with a highlighted button that said water, fluorescent lights in rooms, burns holes and who knows what’s on carpets, showers like a hummingbird just tinkled on you, interior carpets of hallways wrinkled and disgusting a straight trip hazard. overall it’s poorly managed and maintained. Whoever took the pictures of the facility for booking is a straight god at photography they make the place look like the ritz when in truth it’s the pits.

I did not have breakfast , the breakfast area looked nice and clean . I have stayed there before and was pleased , it appears to be in the process of a remodel , so up front it looked good but the room was weird

The room was a king suite , I did not realize I was getting what looked kind of like an apt ... it had a kitchen , two couches that were stained the bed dresser etc .... also it was on the ground floor so the black out window covering made the room dim ... it appears to be an area where there may be some homelessness and so it did not feel very safe , the carpets in the hall were all stretched and the cleaning crew looked like high school boys and I guess it was disappointing to smell Marijuana , access was thru a side door that was very loose unlike the lobby which appears to be remodeled also feeling unsafe as well as a door presumably leading to another room all in all not like my previous experience

Very great quality of breakfast. Great location of plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Able to have our dachshund with us.

Only drawback is finding it as it is not directly on the main road. It is behind other businesses.

The room was fine. Comfortable bed.

I specifically went to that hotel in Bend to suck up the sun and swim. I didn't leave the whole time I was there because I was there for the sun/pool. The pool water was ICE cold. I can handle a cold pool, but this was ridiculous. A few other people came out, but when they felt the water, they went back into the hotel. Not returning.
