The AC didn’t work properly and it was a hassle to get extra linens. Not sure the name of person on duty but they needed to be more personable. No one likes a grouchy staff.

The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and well supplied with toiletries.

The shower door was off the track, and a eresh roll of toilet should have been put on the roll.

Location was good.Staff was friendly.

First room I was placed in was not clean dirty towels in the shower and nasty toilet. Also the disk top had not been wiped down since the last guest. The next room I was moved to was clean however had a strong Oder of smoke.

This size of the space was nice.

The bed was loud fo get in and out of. The sheets had blood stains. The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. Also in the middle of the night, it sounded like someone as trying to enter our room. That happened twice.

Limit plug in for devices next to bed only 1 side not both

beds are big and comfortable

that the guest already there that been staying and also the people who work there were horrible horrible people who were just nasty

Just the flat screen tv with cable. That's it.

The comforter on the bed had stains on it. The sheets under the comforter had stains on it also. The a/c unit was so loud and annoying. One of the lights in the shower didn't work at all. There was nothing updated in the room, and it just looked old. Also, when you get on the bed or get down off the bed, it sounds like thunder. I kept wondering what that noise was. The staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. It was disappointing and drew a big red flag for me.

Location and 2nd shift staff was incredibly helpful

having to wait until 3pm to check in, when I arrived at 1:30pm or have to pay an extra $85, deposit hasn't been returned yet, remodeling mess in hallways, having to switch rooms because door lock wasn't working, shower door had scum on it, no water in room, no phone in room.
