The lobby and downstairs always looked and smelled clean. The staff is amazing. Our toilet didnt flush so they just moved us to another room across the hall immediately.And the breakfast is something else!! So many options...hot and cold, and always full. The beds were amazing and theres a sleep app they provide to you to help you fall asleep and rest well. It really is an awesome place to stay. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely be booking here again!!
The pool needed to be tended to a bit more. Broken umbrellas, I had to use the net and clean out the stuff floating, and cushions on chairs had bird poop on them.

Nothing of significance!! The wall behind bed might could be changed to a more calming color like a blue gray ?? Or in the soft blue family? But, that being said, everything was great!!!

We stayed at another hotel before this one. The staff was excellent and so was everything else. The Sleep inn didn’t compare.

There were a lot of stains all over the room and on the sheets. The carpet was wet and the rooms smelled of mildew. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but this one really was disgusting.

Good location, the staff was great, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool felt great!

The location was convenient for this trip. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special
We had ants in out room. The shower was pretty small and water got all over the floor because the door did not fit. The room was also quite small with no place to put things.

We wanted a hotel with a pool .the pool wasn't usable water was dirty. leaves were everywhere in the pool .there was a table umbrella floating in the pool looks like the pool hasn't been used for a while..

It’s in a good location.
Our room had zero hot water the night of check in and the first morning. When I inquired at the front desk I was told that they were full and other guests must have used it all. Hot or at least warm water for all guest should be a minimum standard. I know it was a busy weekend, but other hotels manage to provide hot/warm water when they are at capacity.

the staff and breakfast was great!
My only complaints was there wasn’t anywhere for us to park after we arrived back from the concert at 2am and the bathroom didn’t shut or lock. The door is just a sliding door

The location.
I booked a King size bed and the manger first said the day I checked in that there was no King size bedroom available. But she would see if she could clean me one. Then her story changed that I would get a King size bedroom but that didn't happen either. So I'm asking for a refund.

It was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable.
The vending machines were out of order on 2 floors so had to go off property to get snacks.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.
Some things could have used improving. Toilet water tank didn't work properly. Bad fill valve. Front desk did look at, but wiggled valve as temp fix. Also water too awhile to get warm for shower and sink.

No hot water for shower even after several minutes of trying. Just lukewarm water.
