Alot of noice … from other rooms Walls and curtain are very dirty

Pool had mildew/mold slimy substance and ceilings that were broken/looked like they were about to cave in and had no hot water in our room. The kid at the front desk was empathetic and helpful, but the manager was super rude and defensive

Just the indoor pool

No towels at the pool. Didn’t get maid service. Seen a coach roach in the bathroom. The breakfast was horrible.

Great location, in proximity to Panther Creek State Park for mountain bike race!

Less employee interaction. Had to consistently go looking for front desk help. Never got a final receipt due to front desk people all preparing breakfast nook.

It was close to the location where we needed to be

-We had NO hot water at all- when I reported the guy at desk said I’m sorry -we were given 2 wash cloths at check in at 2pm, my son had to bathe at that time-He has been playing golf all day for the college we ask for 2 more for the next morning- the guy said he didn’t have anymore we would have to make do -the mirror fell off wall just from the door closing and hit me in the head

The check in Gentleman Wess was great!

First off when we checked in Wess checked us in and he deserves 5 stars! Super nice and understanding! The 1st room we was put in had stains all over the pull out couch. Ac didn't seem to work well at all so I asked for another room. Can I just say all the beds seem to be in "New or Newer condition" However NO MATTRESS PROTECTION FROM BUGS! Huge downfall on their part bc bed bugs are still a thing. So the second room we was put in wasn't clean. So I went down and asked Wess for a vacuum. We Found rice crispy cereal goodwill tags(multiple) and a nasty sock in the pull out bed! I cleaned the room so that we could stay 4nights comfortably. Do I think this room is worth 75$ a night? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! We're in a double room with couch"pull out bed" our reservation was for 2 adults 3 children. I am so thankful my son and granddaughter stayed with family bc we all would've fit "Comfortably" in this room. The Breakfast? Where do I start? Everything and I mean EVERYTHING IS WATERED DOWN! The waffle batter, the OJ,Apple juice! They have biscuits sausage patty, egg. Waffles(plain & blueberry) & blueberry muffins, yogurt and apples. That's it! Burn holes in the bed covers! Found a piece of pizza stuck to the inside of the trash can. We never had pizza! So this place was nasty! I travel to Morristown every summer! I will never stay here again!
