Desde que llegamos la persona muy amable, muy respetuoso y educado, muy limpio, nos provejeron lo que necesitabamos, el desayuno muy completo y suficiente, todo muy bien, Dios les bendiga y gracias por tener un excelente servicio y personal...
Lo unico que no tiene cocina y refrigerador grande...pero claro es un cuarto de hotel, ....

Location was ok. Beds were comfy. Staff was nice. Person cleaning was friendly and likeable to talk to
Breakfast was not good. Lounge area is no where comfortably because there is only a bench to lounge. Only a chair to sit in room.

The rooms were nice. I loved that there was no carpet. Was in a great location.
I had trouble with the TV. I had to point it in a very specific spot to get the channels to change.

Convenience & reasonably priced.
The bathroom - sink was massive in comparison to the size of the bathroom. The water pressure for the sink faucet was too high. Tub and walls behind the door were dirty. Light switch plate was dirty. Room service did not provide clean towels or make bed.

Location, feels safe. I have stayed here many times.
I notified front desk on the first day of my stay of a faucet that is POURING cold water from the spigot constantly. I was told maintenance would take a look at it, but by the 3rd day nothing had been done. I was told there were no more rooms available for me to change rooms and that it would cost the hotel money to not be able to book the room out because it would take a couple days to fix. I could not get a refund due to booking through Booking.com. The faucet also poured cold water through the shower head when lifted. It was broken in the connection from spigot to shower head.

The breakfast was good, though some offerings of fruit and yoghurt would have been nice. We loved that Christian music was playing!

It was convenient to everything
One of my rooms was very damp. The floor was extremely wet and the bed was damp and my clothes was damp the next morning

How clean everything was, the window treatments, the location was really great. The staff was great.
The size of my room. It was way too small for a king bed room. I couldn't even hardly get the luggage cart in the room and close the door. There was no way of turning it around. I had a family member that had to be rushed to the hospital, and I had to check out a day early. The desk clerk said that he would talk to the manager when he came in about possibly refunding the one night I didn't get to stay or maybe allow me to return another time for the night loss. No one ever called me to talk about it. That would have been really nice as it was a birthday trip for me.

Breakfast crew were always late. 2 mornings the gravy was still cold and very salty.
Beds were hard. Breakfast needs improvement and breakfast staff needs some discipline.

The room was clean and well stocked.
The breakfast was good and a bigger variety than I expected, the staff was very friendly and readily available if I was in need of anything. The pool was clean and cool after a long day out in the sun 🙂
The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it served its purpose.

The staff was excellent. Room is small but clean. Nothing bad to say about this facility. Very close to shopping. Short distance to attractions. For the price cant say enough good things about it. We stayed in the king room
The only draw back was the traffic on the main road making it hard to access. But thats not their fault.

When I checked in bed was not made, when I got to our 2nd room there was trash in the trash can, towels had been used and hair on the bed.
