Beds were extremely comfortable, room was spacious, swimming pool was nice.
Could we have bacon instead of those silly little sausage cylinders?

1st Thomas was EXCELLENT!!! Extremely Helpful & Friendly, Loved the Room and size would definitely like that room when I return, I liked the proximity to sights as well as food and shopping.
The Ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and the noise from the busy road, but that wasn't that bad.

The facility was very clean and in excellent condition. I really enjoyed having the two room suite!
I have Celiac so I always appreciate Gluten Free options to eat. There are individually packaged breakfast muffins at COSTCO.

It was very clean. AC wasn’t working in our room and they moved us quick to another room and the staff was very helpful.

Rooms were very spacious. I had gotten the double queen beds, and it came with a separate room with a desk and a sofa bed. That was a big plus for us. Beds were so comfortable, and hot breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend!

smell. musty/stale. pretty sure I smelled pot being smoked early in the morning. several loud door slams at 3 in the morning.

Location to the extraco center was perfect and also access to get back home. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

At the top my list of great hotels I've visited. Will definitely go there again. My only complaints were with their gym. The start button on the treadmill didn't seem to work for me to check my heartbeat. However, it still worked and I used it. Their other gym equipment was great but a little crowded.
My negative comments are all listed above. They are very minor compared to my overall experience.
