Clean, quiet, nice breakfast.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and big and breakfast was very good.
Next time I will be sure to ask for a room that is not right by the main lobby. It got a little noisy at times in the lobby area.

Extremely substandard. Waste of money. Poor comfort level. No regular pillows, has omly thrown pillows. Really poor!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was soooooo comfortable. Our room was so spacious and comfortable.
There was no hot tub.

Do not like the coffee that is provided in the rooms or the coffee maker..we like lots of good strong coffee

The guy at the check-in desk was very nice and the room was pretty clean and very nice.
There's little to no sound insulation between the rooms and no noise-dampening windows. I could hear the people in the room next to me talking but the sound from the freeway was too much to sleep through. The bedding was soft but the mattress was stiff and uncomfortable. Shortly after midnight I gave up on trying to get some sleep and left. Also, the price is just too high, it's a decent hotel but it's not worth what they charge.

The double beds and the sofa bed was a plus. Front desk shift supervisor was soooo nice along with the young man that worked the morning shift😊.

Great location and the staff were pleasant.
Even though the breakfast bar wasn’t open, it would have been nice if the coffee was available for early risers. It would be profitable if the food and chips area had popcorn available to purchase. additionally, I wouldn’t say that our room was cleaned adequately before we arrived. We had to wipe off the bed stand before setting anything on it. my spouse noticed that the couch wasn’t clean.

Beds were comfy and staff nice
We needed a plunger as the toilet got clogged. Staff couldn't find one and so we had no toilet. We had to travel downstairs to use the public one.

The hotel was very clean and located near my family. The bed was the best bed I have slept in in years! The breakfast had a nice selection. This will be the place to stay the next time I am there.

Fantastic location north of Austin, just off I-35 near Southwestern Univ and many restaurants. Comfortable beds - spacious rooms and clean facility.
