Breakfast could have had more options and been open longer
I had to ask for toliet paper, cups, towels, and coffee almost every day. Basic items were not replenished every day and there were 4 of us in the room. Toilet was not cleaned one day.

Nice size room. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room was clean. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was nice.
Evidence of water damage on bathroom ceiling, and lobby ceiling. Poor repair work. It didn't impact the quality of my stay, just raised a slight concern.

Everybody was nice and the place was clean and the beds was comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful after we walked all day. The breakfast was good too I would stay here again.

The breakfast needed improvement. It was fair. I’ve stayed at similar priced hotels, which had a much better breakfast.
You can tell that it is time to re-invest money back into the hotel. A number of things need upgrading.

our room was very large, beds were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
there were a lot of water stains on the curtains and carpets. some of our group had cockroaches in their sink. some of the doors were in poor condition.

We were there for First Monday in Canton so the location is great. The breakfast looked good but was too crowded so all we could get to was packaged muffins. Overall the room was good...comfy bed.
Someone in our group had to sleep on the sofa bed and said it was awful...could feel every bar. Also the desk & coffee table had not been cleaned because there was sticky residue from a cup all over.

It’s a good location. It was clean and had reasonable rates. We actually chose to stay another night. Plenty of parking. Clean bathroom and nice bed.
Ice machines were not in place on each floor. I was able to locate ice machine on second floor after not finding one on first floor. Only had 1 elevator in center of building. TV channels were limited.

That was THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed I've ever stayed on. I'm a travel nurse, so I practically live in hotels, and that was the biggest room and most comfortable bed I'd ever stayed in!
