I really didn't like anything.
It was dirty, no promised breakfast, no towels, soap . .
They had NO regular coffee, only decaf. I will NOT stay there again.

The service was the worst receptionist stayed on the phone the whole time I waited like 30 minutes just to get checked in she was just rude and nasty

I got scabies from the room. The sheets must've not been washed. There was no towel either

I booked through Bookings.com 5/6; upon reviews of the hotel I were trusting that this was a reputable hotel but upon the arrival I was denounced. The room was in extremely unkept condition; there was stains on the head board that clearly means it was uncleaned. I am not sure if it was blood but there were red colored stains all over the bed linen. The floor was clearly not vacuumed, the bathroom tub was extremely filthy. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke with the general manager she informed me there were no additional rooms to place me in but there were in fact other rooms available. I asked her if she would allow me cleaning supplies so I can attempt to clean myself she said under VA law she can’t. I contacted bookings twice via phone and they could not help me. I had to end up staying in this disgusting room nearly 600 miles away from home on a business trip. Quality Inn was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. I am asking for my money back in it’s entirety or I will be taking it a step further to corporate.

The workers were nice but unfortunately the building isn't up to date
It was super dirty. Had a weird smell in the hallways. There was a club right next door, every night the cops were there.. Was not a comfortable please to stay at.

this is the worse hotel in the world I’m check in and 5 minutes later I’m do my check out because this hotel is dirty the lights on the bathroom not working and the bath tub was on really bad condition the wall has mojo I’m feel like they steal my money because was inhumane stay all night in this place

don’t think there was something we liked.
there were other places nearby that had events going on and there was no parking at all when we came back. had to wait until 2 am to even park without getting towed.

It was very unclean, it stunk horribly. It definitely wasn’t presentable at all. I was very disappointed.

the room was nasty, pubic hairs in the bathroom. I asked to have it cleaned and was told that it would be shortly, and it never happened

Staff was cordial but not always can solve issues
Under construction and it's not announced. And make you sign a waiver about noise. No breakfast (grab and go) it's promoted with breakfast. I got in at midnight with handicap parents, can't be changing hotels like that. Just one towel for me and me husband and went downstairs for extra and they said they didn't have more. I stayed 3 days and beg for them as every time I'll see the maids in the hallway I'll ask them they'll ask my room number and tell me they'll leave them and never did. Soap (mini one use) and toilet paper they don't put extra either.

The bed was comfortable
The smell of smoke and weed. I asked for non smoking room. I have severe asthma. The smell of smoke makes me cough and wheez. I was put on 6th floor and smoking rooms are on the second. How does that make any sense. When smoke travels up. I had a head ache from the smoke smell and had to use my inhaler. If you gonna have smoking rooms put them in top floor not in the middle if the hotel. That is stupid and unprofessional.

this was the worst experience I ever had. Went to a the front desk when I got there and the lady at the front desk was just laughing like she knew something won’t right with the room. went to the room, room was filthy and beds were not made. went back to front desk to let t her know she was like this has been happening all day. she gave me another key to anther room someone stuff was in the room tv was on and beds were not made. told the lady we drove 1 hour and 30 mins and she said she was sorry they didn’t have another room but she knew something won’t right with the rooms from the beginning. she refunded my money but I couldn’t get it back the same night I feel like they shouldn’t not have taken my money at all. I will never come here again.

NOTHING is was a nightmare and it the hotel ruined my trip.
The place was filthy, They misrepresent stating the had free breakfast and it didn't and the hotel was under remodeling. I requested a non smoking room and when I get there they only had smoking room. They refuse to refund me. I had to leave hotel because the room aggravated my asthma.
