There wasn't a working phone in the room and the light fixture over the sink wasn't working.

I liked nothing about my stay.
The room was absolutely disgusting. Filthy, damages everywhere, smelled like cigarettes,sink didn’t drain, bugs in the sink, holes in doors, carpeting soiled and black with filth, blood on wall, pubic hairs on towels and bathroom floor. People partying/selling drugs in parking lot, doors propped open with rocks, loud music. I was scared to death someone would try to rob me. No elevator where my room was (east side). I’m disabled and had to drag my suitcase and bags up stairs with no help. Just terrible! All around.

Nothing it was a horrible stay
Staff was rude when asked for early check in. Refused to give us extra towels and the two we had were rough. Beds are old and comfortable

It was quiet and comfortable. I really enjoyed the bed and the cleanliness of the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time I’m in town. Very close to my family’s house so very convenient.
The TV in the room was broken unable to watch TV before going to sleep. The toilet seat was not secured. There was also a leak around the toilet.

Didn't sleep guy standing by my car all night,so I was watching not to have car stolen,bad experience, anyone could park there should be gated and have all night security

The front desk person was pretty nice
The room had a lot of mold in the grout, the toilet did not flush, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the back of the remote was missing, the microwave was bashed in and there was paint chips off all around the room. The whole floor smelt like weed, and it smelled like they sprayed a ton of men's cologne in the room.

Close to venue.
It had an unclean feeling. AC didn't work. Bathtub had cracks in it. Sheets had burn holes.
