Excellent service from the owner and his family. Clean and updated rooms and linens. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I felt safe with my family as the owner and his family lives on site. They are growing a garden in the pool. I love gardening and they chatted a bit about their growing zone and we shared tips. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.

The motel is obviously under renovation. The inside of the room was great, but outside was worn. The pile of trash behind the office was odd. The ice machine leaked all over the laundry room and the laundry room and machines were very dirty.

This is an independent facility and we were there for five days during Roswell Alien Festival. Very friendly inn-keeper. Property is dated but stay was pleasant. Room was clean. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Refrigerator in working order. We did have a problem with our shower drain, but they repaired it while we were out and we returned to find it in working order.

The outside premises could have been cleaner.

The room was clean and quiet. The owners friendly and helpful. It was a low stress visit and what else could you ask for. WIFI and cable were very good. Cable even had some movie channels. Breakfast locations are within an easy walk and a very good Mexican restaurant is a few doors down. Air conditioner kept the room comfortable. I've stayed at this motel several times and never had any issues. I'd rather support a local family than a large corporation.

Years ago they used to serve a small breakfast but the pandemic probably ended this addition. Outside is a little rough since it's an older property. Parking can be tricky if full. The pool is a garden which wasn't a big deal to me but if you have kids or like to swim, that could be a downer.

Needed curtain or blinds in kitchen. At sun up sun right in eyes. Can't sleep past sun up. Great alarm clock though. Got me out of bed and home before dark. 😁

They did not give us the room I booked. It was small with only one bed and it was a smoking roo. I asked for non smoking. Very uncomfortable.

This motel is nice, excellent even if you don't want a pool. Their old pool is a lovely vegetable garden. The updates are all nice and pretty high quality craftsmanship. Bedding is all washable, and super clean, window coverings are upscale if a little old fashioned but really do the job for keeping light out and are the proper length for the under window heating/cooling unit to work well. Design features that even big chain hotels seem to get wrong frequently.

It is a good value motel, everything is clean and well maintained. My only concern was that this time I got a room with hard flooring which was really nice but there was no entry mat inside or out and it had rained recently so I could hear and feel the dirt I was tracking in. I pulled a floor mat out of my car so that I could wipe my feet.

The people were friendly. The pool had been turned into a garden, I would not recommend this for other facilities but I was staying the one night and got there after a pool would have closed and left before it would have reopened so as a practical use of a courtyard pool that had probably out lasted it's infrastructure it was pretty cool, like recycling. It was also really quiet, some u shaped hotels amplify the street noise this was not like that.

There was really nothing to complain about, clean, bed was firm tv choices were adequate, parking was plentiful and safe, and the price was good, and the people were friendly.

Excellent family business . Jay was above and beyond and extremely helpful to me. He went out of his way to drive me around town as transportation in Roswell is quite limited and expensive . Jay is a wonderful host.

Good WiFi, walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

Shower wasn't working properly, room soundproof doesn't exist.
