the fireplace only worked half the time and the pool wasn’t heated because they didn’t have a part needed and it wasn’t expected during my stay

Location is perfect. Mo's restaurant is very convenient.

Our room was not turned when we showed up. Previous guests trash all over, dirty towels, bed not made.Staff had to assign us another room. It was very inconvenient because we are traveling with 2 small children. The pool was "ice cold". We have 2 small children and were looking forward to playing in the pool, but it was so cold we couldnt even get in it. Other guests were complaining also. Everyone crammed into the hot tub. Which was not fun. Adults, kids, and teenagers all trying to get warm. Elevators are extremely slow which wouldnt be a problem except one wasnt working, and you had to push the down button to call for it. We would get in and go to the basement before being able to go up to the 5th floor. Nobody turned our room the second day we were there. They never knocked, or came by. Extremely displeased with our stay, and the amount of money we paid. We will not stay here again. There are places to stay close to here that are much nicer, and more affordable. The location isnt as important as the rest.

the location, and Susan at the front desk was very helpful I chose ocean view rooms and when I got there the third party I booked the room through didn’t get me the rooms I reserved , so Susan took it upon herself to help accommodate us by giving us partial ocean view rooms for the same price .

the beds were uncomfortable , the room was freezing cold the heater was not working like it should to heat up the room I ended up buying a little heater to heat the room because staff said there was nothing they could do but give us more blankets

Will never return! The window upstairs will not close so the room was freezing. The only half of the heater work. Every channel on the tv is fuzzy.

We liked the location of the hotel. It's right on the beach at the end of the promenade. Easy access to the beach and shops. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, TV and WiFi. They have a restaurant but we didn't eat there so I cannot comment on it. The night and morning front desk staff we had contact with were both extremely helpful, nice and professional.

The room I chose when making my reservation said it was a room with the ocean view, not what we got. The room was clean but is in need of major updates. The mattress was swayed and worn out. The carpet needs to be replaced/updated. The walls are extremely thin (meaning you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying).

Great location, most staff were pleasant, nice pool, comfortable bed, close proximity to shops, restaurants and beach.

Noisy neighbors on my second night stay. Called front desk to complain. They said they would notify them. Noise continued and I had to call front desk again and they said they came up and listened and heard no noise - probably because they went to wrong room! I told them again which room and they came up and knocked on that door for at least few minutes and people wouldn’t answer door. So they said they would call them. Not sure if they did or not. The noise continued until I finally fell asleep 2 hours later about 2:30 am. The man at front desk and the man that knocked on door were rude to me.

Jacuzzi closed, which was a huge draw for us booking here unfortunately. Steam room closed. Only one elevator working.

The fireplace did not work. And the pool and hot tub heater broke that morning.. the location was great and the staff were nice. .

it’s definitely showing it’s age. the chairs in the room were fairly gross. the fabric was shredded and the arms were layered in polish/grime

Location was great, its the reason we picked this hotel. The Staff were fantastic and friendly! Let us check in early which was great. When I called about a problem with our room, front desk lady huffed on the phone, but the nice maintenance man showed quickly and had a cheerful attitude. Everyone we did talk to face to face was friendly and helpful.

The facility is showing its age. Our room was rundown. One of the beds had a broken box spring, it kept falling off the base. The kids had to sleep on tilted bed. There were holes in the carpet, trim coming off the walls. Couldn't turn the temp down, room was pretty hot. The toilet was clogged from the previous tenants, there was a soiled towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door also from previous folks. The pool was cold, the hot tub was forgotten by staff after being "cleaned". There was creepy white stuff floating in the hot tub. It was ice cold and overflowing, flooding the pool area. Staff attended to it and apologized fairly quickly. The balcony felt unsteady, the noise from the air units on the roof below our room was very loud we couldnt hear the sound of the ocean. The staff was terrific, 5 stars, but the hotel Really is over priced for the quality of the facilities.

The crew at this property are always wonderful. The location is amazing.

the top floor windows facing the ocean were pretty filthy- but oh well, I can imagine it's hard to stay ahead of that,.

tv needs to be HD not analog. Upgrade your tvs. bed and pillows were not comfortable

All of the staff with whom I had encounters were friendly, knowledgeable and satisfied my inquiry. The carpeting in my room was not from the 60s meaning it's not the original carpeting. The room had no scent of cigarette smell, which I appreciated. The towels were bright white and smelled clean. There were no bugs in the room.

The facility itself is in poor shape. The hallway to my room had only half of the lights working. Even in the lobby, there were bulbs out. The curtains were gross and from the 60s. They appeared to be water stained to me. I didn't look closely. The colors of the decor and the inside of the door: barf worthy. The freezer compartment in the little fridge was completely blocked with several inches of ice. The two chairs in the room: One was ripped quite a bit... the other one was so worn you could see the stuffins through the 'threads". The bed was very used and sagged in the middle. The bathroom appeared clean at first, but once in the shower, I noticed something old, brown and crusty on the shower wall. There was no water pressure in the shower. The toilet was hard to flush but it flushed. I suspect with the money lost from the covid plandemic, has swallowed up the entire maintenance, upkeep, and improvement budget. I paid $143 + tax per night. I'm certain this is their lowest rate, but it was way too much for what I got. OH, also: the 'free' body lotion that was in the bathroom, was only half full (if that much). I think it was someone's prior to me.

Over priced for no ac, no help, the hot tub wasn't working, besides the hotel is right off the beach thats the other reason i chose the hotel; for the hot tub. The toilet in the room is crooked and I literally fell off the toilet because it's not balanced, there wasnt even a sign to say that it wasnt leveled. The bed was so hard my back seized the whole day, for 3 nights i was in terrible pain from the bed. The room was just depressing. Could do a better job at keeping the bugs and cob webs off of above your head.

the location can’t be beat staff were very very friendly

dated, poorly maintained. hot tub and steam room out of order. Pool with missing tiles and mildew all around the water line. not enough chairs for everyone outside of the pool. Need easier access to towels. The ice machine on my floor not working. Clocks in the room not updated with time change. lights burned out. window in the loft was terribly dirty. windows with broken hardware that we couldn’t open to hear the ocean (the whole reason we paid for a view).
