The room size was nice and large with high ceilings. I have a family of 6 and it can be tricky to find rooms big enough. We were comfortable in the 2 queens and sectional pull out. The breakfast was great with a large assortment of items to choose from. The kids enjoyed the pool.

When we got to the location they told us our reservation was not available because we lived within a 30-mile radius of the hotel on Valentine's night. The staff person appeared to be racist.

The breakfast was good. Everything was exceptionally clean. They had a thermostat on the wall to control the wall heat which was excellent. We only stayed to sleep and eat breakfast but they also had an indoor pool and workout facility.

Beds need a foam topper.

we stayed in room 101 and there was an awful mysterious air fan noise that ran most of the night. the in room heater was extra loud also.

We had a wedding in Cartersville so the location was good. We had a suite, which worked out well for our family (2 adults, 2 young adult children). The suite was actually a suite with two separate areas with a door you could close in between. We only stayed one night, so the experience was limited, but everything was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and cheerful when we arrived. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave right in the room. The hotel lot was full, but it was very quiet. I was pretty impressed with the breakfast. There were eggs, sausage, homefries, biscuits and gravy, 2 waffle irons to make your own with pumpkin spice and regular waffle batter. They had various breads and bagels, cereals, hard-boiled eggs and yogurts along with several juice options and hot coffee. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were quick to replenish items that were low or empty. We had no issues and enjoyed our brief stay.

We did not call the desk for any concerns. The only complaint I sort of have is that there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room for the pull out sofa. We needed the sofa for our son. There were 4 pillows on each of the queen beds, so plenty to share. There were sheets on the pull out already and there were two decorative bed throws folded up in it. These were not blankets or bedspreads but more like table runners that were laid across the ends of both of the queen beds in the room. It seems like they may have been used by a previous guest as blankets (taken from the regular beds) when no blanket was there to use. Just a guess. There was a flat sheet in the closet that my son used as a blanket. To be fair, we did not complain at the time as he did not want a blanket and the sheets seemed clean. I'm confident the front desk staff would have brought whatever we needed, had we asked.

The buffet style breakfast was great. My overall experience was great! The front desk lady was very helpful.
