Gode senger, fint room og det ligger sentralt.
Egentlig ikke noe, men trodde at det var badebasseng på hotellet, men det hadde vært stengt i to år.

The evening staff Sunday evening was not familiar with the restaurant open times.
I’ve machines on floors 2&3 were not working
Fortunately a staff went out and brought us ice for our beverages. Roof bar was very nice and staff friendly.

Under construction due to water damage . Roof bar restaurant pool and grill closed.

The pool construction was excessively noisy and started too early waking me up. The rooftop bar staff was rude and unexplained. The price was excessive considering the pool was shut down and the bar was unavailable.

Pool was closed for remodel. There were ZERO notifications on the website I booked this through. Who in the hell would blood a place in FL without a pool. Very misleading. Parking is horrible. Had a parking pass but they allow anyone to park in the hotel lot. Work trucks and dumpsters taking up the parking. Also, no bikes offered to use? Loud construction going on. Again…no where on the website does it say construction. Not until I arrived, did I see the signs. Also, I had to go across the street to the Four Points Sheraton to use a bike. Next time for the money, I will stay at the Four Points. Pool, bikes, more parking…etc. Very disappointed with the Wyvern. Should get a partial refund.

Loved the location and the pool, bed was very comfortable too!
Without my white noise app we would be awoken by the street noise, night life and trash trucks. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower dripped. Had to call for cleaning because our room was skipped. I understand the every other day cleaning schedule but it was Thursday and it had only been cleaned once since our Saturday arrival. Also for 5 floors only one ice machine worked.

Food and drinks were good portions. Fresh and flavorful.
Pool hours were limited and closed at dusk. Roach/water bug (huge) ran across bed. On-site Parking not available until after 9pm nightly.

The fact I couldn’t just turn on a lamp. It was all the lights at one time or none.

Location of hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and relaxing walks.

I was told there would be frig in room, no frig, had to get towels ourselves twice as they were short on help, clock radio hard to work not reset. Ice machines on 2 floors not working, no restaurant or area books, paint needed touch ups
