The only thing I liked is the room and the bathroom were clean.
The hallways had chunks and cracks in the walls and seemed dirty. The room had a hole in the ceiling and cracks and gouges in the walls and seemed unkept including a tiny television set and no bedspread or blanket in the room. Two people at the front desk when we checked in and checked out said they could not let us know what we paid, they gave us the wrong room since we were supposed to get a king size bed and we got two small doubles. They also lied and said they couldn't find another room with a king size and the place was not even near full. Because we did not book through them they did not even give us a receipt and said that they could not which I have never heard of before all they had to do was print a receipt off. The staff was extremely unfriendly and just seemed like they didn't care. I got no apology from either of two employees. I will never be back.

Air conditioner was excellent and not noisy at all like some motel cooling / heating units. Our request for connecting rooms was honored. Refrigerators/ microwaves were just the right temps.
The big holes in the back of our bathroom door were totally ghetto--put a new door in for heaven's sake. The pool area had some sort of construction going on with plastic hanging from the ceiling. Breakfast hours were shorter than most places on the weekend. The elevator opened onto the hallway that led into the pool and the floor was ALWAYS wet and slippery there. And turning left out of the motel parking lot onto the very busy major road was almost impossible sometimes--very, very time-consuming.

It was convenient to what we wanted to do.
We stayed three nights, and our bed wasn’t made after the time we arrived. We received clean towels once, but not the second night.

It had a breakfast and a pool and the prices were good.
It was unacceptable that we had rooms that were completely smoky. It smelled like an ash tray and I had children staying in the room. We asked to be moved to another room but they had no other available rooms. They said they couldn’t cancel and refund us because we booked through booking.com. It really ruined our stay. It wasn’t worth any cost to stay in a room that smells so strongly of smoke, especially when it is supposed to be a 100% smoke free hotel.

Nothing about this hotel was decent
The hotel had bed bugs, there were mattress laid up against the back of the buildings. We ended up scheduling to stay somewhere else and were advised we would be refunded for the second night booked as we were staying the whole weekend. The tv did not work and the staff were not accommodating in any way to resolve issues. This was an absolutely disgusting hotel and I would never return under any circumstance. I am still waiting on my partial refund which should honestly be the entire thing based on the experiences we had at this property

The tile in the shower was loose and beds a little hard, but still very much would stay again.

Spill of something on the wall. The maintenance man was in and out of our room. When there was nothing going on that he needed to be there for. Looked like every employee was on drugs.

They had The Best Breakfast I have had at any Hotel or Motel in many years. The towels were nice and clean and smelled so good. You can tell they take pride in all they do. I was really impressed with this facility. The pool was closed but that was due to making upgrades. I can not wait to go back and see it when it is done. Thank You For The Great Night Stay❣
