Hotel is nice, relatively quiet except for the guest above us. Air conditioning worked very well. Easy checkin/checkout.

No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker...we like to have access to these items when traveling.

The location was really good for where I needed to be. The room was comfortable and clean. All things considered, this was my second time at this facility. Should I need a hotel at this locations again, I would return to this one.

The noise. People in other rooms, doors slamming, and people in the hall were easily heard. I do wish the rooms at least had refrigerators. Earplugs helped with the noise so it was doable.

The beds were super comfortable. They were soft.

There were people outside all night long smoking and being loud.

The staff was completely unconcerned with guest satisfaction. Anytime I needed to ask for something they would either just say "NO" rather than try to solve the issue or make it feel like a huge inconvenience. Also, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a GIANT toenail in the middle of carpet. And after my first night, rather than make up / clean my room, housekeeping just skipped it and put a DND sign on my door (that was not previously there). The walls are paper thin - you can hear everything.

The location was fine for what we needed, your staff were top notch.

the fold out bed was not comfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced. There needs to be USB ports, no place to charge the phones or laptop

Cleanliness could have been better. We found balls of hair in our room. I had to reclean the toilet inside and out. No refrigerator.

Location, very comfortable beds, the room was perfectly clean and fresh on arrival, and 71 degrees in the room.

From the start every time we went to the front desk we had to ring the bell, and I had to let several other guests know where the bell was. I sat in the breakfast area drinking coffee talking to a buddy and for 15 minutes did not see anyone. No refrigerator, safe, or microwave. We left for a competition which was held outdoors on Friday morning. It rained on us for hours we arrive back and had to use the same towels we used Thursday night. So Saturday morning when we left we requested that our room be cleaned and fresh towels be brought up. We arrived back Saturday evening room still not touched, trash falling out of the tiny trash can still. So I go down ring the bell and get clean towels. I told the gentleman our room was not clean, I was told by this gentleman we had put a do not disturb sign on the door. First off I never even looked for the do not disturb sign, and why would I request it be done then put do not disturb on the door. I normally spend about $70 per night so I am not one that cares I'm cheep. But when I pay over a $100 per night, I feel it should be a little bit more customer friendly.

Comfort.

Even tho it was a smoke free facility the hallways elevator and our room from vents smelt like smoke and marijuana. Doors were very loud when they shut.
