The room was still available.

I got an email that booking was confirmed but when I got there the person behind the counter told me it didn't get accepted. The rooms were still available but he charged me more than the price I paid for online. The property was cluttered with trash and debri.

Cable TV was good. Wifi was good.

The room did not have a trash can for throwing items away. There were no amenities like coffee or water cups in the room.

very filthy, gross, dirty room.. noisy... you can hear loud music and banging from other/next room... sheets are so dusty.. towels and face cloth are dirty, they look like rugs, you can't even hold it... floor carpet is waaaaaay too dirty,....needs a lot of cleaning....

Location is probably the only "Ok" i will give them.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. When we enter the room we got so disappointed. The Room was dirty, the carpet looked dirty, it smelled like someone had smoked there we checked the sheets and the mattress cover was dirty and full of what seemed like cigar. Went down to manager and told him the problem , ask him to give us another room said they were all booked, I was like really ? There was only like 5 cars in parking lot, said he could give us new sheets. I then told him we were not satisfied wanted a refund, he said they dont give refunds. After going back and forth I told him to go look by himself. I showed him the mattress, cover the holes on the walls and got same answer no refund , he brought clean sheets, we took the covers out ,mattress were dirty, and pillows were gross dirty. If I was the owner I would have been embarrazed to look at all that. He said that the room was cleaned after last person that stayed there, it was definatelly not. Also there was too much light coming in from the bottom of the door, too much noise. Please don't go there worst hotel you can stay in.Booking.com this hotel should go off your list of hotels. Hope I could report this hotel for not providing a safe and clean place.
