Helt ok för en natt på genomresa

Gotta take off 1 for outdoor construction. But I was amazed that we heard no noise at all. And we were on the first floor! This hotel is so well-staffed. The front desk folks are efficient yet friendly. I asked for an extra blanket and had one in less than 30 seconds! Our room was spotless as well as fresh-smelling, hard to do I imagine, with all the construction.

Didn’t have different rooms available, no jacuzzi, had to change room because shower didn’t work.

The night staff, were rude. Except 1 person, she was very friendly. Don't know her name, but she was there when we left, 7/20/23 @ 4am.

All good. Motel was clean. Downtown location so a little noisy but ok. Had trouble with TV but the desk person took care of it.

When I tapped directions link on my phone (Google Maps) it took me to the wrong place...the middle of an overpass. I called motel and person said to be sure to use Springfield as city, not Eugene. That was a little unexpected and unwelcome glitch but we got over it. I expect that the address link was more of a Wyndham problem than a local one anyway be aware.

Room cleanliness, and staff was great!

Breakfast was not as good and it was located in a crowded area in the Front Desk. Hotel was too close to the main road.

Clean. Good comfortable supportive bed, spacious room. Good air conditioner. Nice tv, new nice bathroom which was clean. Lots of granite counter spaces. Glad I could open the window for fresh air.

They could have had hard boiled eggs with breakfast, and just make it until 10:00. There’s a lot of people that get confused about that, and the woman working was quite rude to a group about shooing them away as soon as it was 9:00. Not nice at all. Very cute to them. I don’t see the reason or the difference of not having it until 10:00. Tbe clean up is quick as there aren’t tables anyway, and it’s not a hot breakfast.

Good location. Free parking close to room.

Breakfast buffet could use improvement. No place to sit down to eat except in room.

From check in to check out it was great. Great location, cost friendliness. We stayed for one night on our way to California and actually rebooked for our way back to Washington.
