There was smell of smoke in the first room we got. As soon as we complained about this, we were up-grated to the better room. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Both rooms were big, clean, well equipped. The location -just off the highway -is covenient.

The breakfast consisted of coffee, tea and muffins.

The price was good for a chain hotel with basic amenities. Close to several decent restaurants.

There is no breakfast as advertised. They need to call a Hampton for some training. All that was there were prepackaged, stale chocolate muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Literally that's it. No yogurt. No bagels. No cereal. No juice. Bad.

When I went to go to my room about 12 o’clock midnight I open the door and there was someone sleeping in the room

(1). The customer service EXCEPTIONAL. Upon arrival the gentleman was welcoming and informative on restaurants in the area & movie theater. We thought we left something behind & upon calling the front desk, not only did she check the room but even called housekeeping immediately. Trustworthy staff. (2). Though clean, hallway smelled of mothballs. (3). The bed quite lumpy. (4). Bfast was only granola bars & tasted like wrapped dried/old muffins. (5). Price good for the area as other pricings over the wkend, was well over $200 into over $300 thru to Milford PA.
