The staff was nice and friendly.

Roach in my room. A hole in my son's comforter. We kept getting locked out and had to go get new keys It was very frustrating. It's an old hotel so we get the slanted floor; old shower heads that are not working properly. My hairdryer got very hot and stopped working. I went to my son's room and used theirs. My door needed to be shut really hard otherwise it would stay open. My bathroom door did not lock. Location was good.

The couch bed was broken and filthy. We had 3 kids in 1 bed because we couldn't use it. The shower curtain was too short, so water ended up all over the floor. The website said there was a free continental breakfasr, but when we got there, we were told it was only a breakfast cart with coffee and muffins. There were stains on the comforter, and the floor was filthy. We did not even use the kitchen after seeing the age of all the appliances.

The property was very clean it smelled good. The room was easy to located. The parking lot was safe at all times

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a desk in the room

There were people on property smoking drugs that smelt horrible

I love the kitchenette in the room
