The area in general. Laplace is a great area to visit. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Traffic with other guest. Some people were double parked. That is the only complaint.

when my family arrived after driving for 14 hours we find the hotel closed for remodeling. I was not notified of this ahead of time and had to scramble around to find another place to stay which caused us to drive another 30 miles just to get a room for the night. I will never stay at a best western again.

Room was great! Breakfast was great - nothing fancy, but way more than what we were expecting. Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Only 2 downsides - Tv in living room area didn’t work correctly and it took forever to get cool (and stay cool) in the room. (We like the room to be cold when we sleep)

When we arrived to the hotel room, it smelled like smoke house in the room, the bed was stained with I don't know what. The stay wasn't really comfortable because I couldn't get comfortable in the bed because the sheets were dirty. We didn't get in until late so we were too tired to complain about it. We left early the next morning to head to our party, expecting to be back for our second night. We decided we didn't want to stay the second night, but they wouldn't refund our money for not staying the second night because we didn't check out early enough. Will not be coming back.

The separation of the sitting area and sleeping area

The smell. The bathroom was small. Sofa was old and worn. Hair was on the bathroom floor and in the tub.

I love the fact that the manager Ryan was very flexible with extending my stay when I had a situation that I needed help with payment at a later time of the day!!! I have been at the location in LaPlace since April 29th 2020 and today is May 18 2020 I am beyond appreciative for the way the staff has taken excellent care of me . My name is Candace Dauphi
