The hotel was nice!! it was in an area where you could walk to the eating places. A lot of shopping was within walking distance. The staff was amazing. My sons both had basketball tournaments in the area so they were able to accommodate date us with them having an entire floor for two teams was great! We will stay again when in the area!!

The room had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient and the staff was friendly.
The view was terrible. The room faced a brick wall.

easy to get in and out
we stayed at this hotel two years ago hot tub was not working then. And it still in not working. The hot tub looked like it needs to be drained and scrubbed out. Just looking at it mad you want to go take a shower. employees keep coming up to me telling me to make sure people dry off before heading to room. The room smelled like sweat. Did not have queen beds they where full beds. any time I moved or my husband moved we felt like we where going to fall off the bed. asked for a roll away bed did not ever get it

the pillows were to soft personally I think they should have an option in the rooms

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Food was good.
On the breakfast the fried potatoes were a little overcooked. It would be nice if they had a dessert to go with dinner

Being right on the main street made it quite noisy, but then again I live in the country and am not accustomed to car noise.

We were happily surprised by the Drink cards and Buffett in the louge area great place always number one on our list.
There was nothing not to like I only wish we had time to enjoy the pool

Excellent service by Ashlee in correcting an AC issue and also allowing us to change rooms. Room very clean, just stuffy to start due to the temporary AC issue.
