Mattress was outstanding

Breakfast was tasty and easy to navigate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Parking was easy. Facility was clean.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. Pillows were flat. Stains and tears on the bedding (but staff replaced them at our request). Room and bathroom were tight and difficult to move around inside. Placement of the heater had one side of the room chilly and the other side sweltering.

Location- had to make a last minute unplanned trip to Mystic for a family emergency. Needed a place to sleep after a long emotional day. I really didn’t pay attention to anything by the time I arrived, Front desk agent was super sweet.

As always things were great. Safe clean and covid 19 compliant.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were like old friends. Exceptionally pleasant helpful and fun to talk to. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Lovely sitting area outside to enjoy. Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. We had cocktails at the bar in the evening. Even if we hadn't taken advantage of the local attractions, we would have enjoyed our stay. The location was quite convenient to all we wished to do. The convenience of fridge microwave and wet bar area was great

Only one comment. There should be outlets and charging ports on both sides of the bed. Otherwise we wouldn't change a thing.

the confient and breakfast

The outdoor pool was great! Also, the hotel is very close to all sights— Olde Mistik Village, the aquarium, and Downtown Mystic. The room was quite large, and my kids loved that we could chrome-cast movies to the TV right from our phone.

The bathroom is dimly lit and small.

The room was a good size and a comfortable bed. I had an outdoor pool which was nice.

The bathroom was a little tight and the tub didn’t hold water.

It was easy to come and go. Rooms were nice. Comfortable bed. Nice poool.

It was family oriented which is fine but we are an older couple. Too much noise at the pool and couldn’t really relax. The couch looked nice, but not very comfy.

The location was good and the property itself seemed like it could be nice. The breakfast had good options. There were water and towels in the workout room.

It’s outdated. The bathroom is right next to the bed and tiny. I’m not a large person and it felt small to me, I can’t imagine what it’s like for a larger person to have to smush into there. The room was clean but not CLEAN which means their cleaning crew is likely understaffed, poor them. I stayed at the Hampton Inn a couple of times in Mystic and the Hilton and the rooms were immaculate. And the cost was essentially the same as the Hyatt.

Perfect location. The bathroom was spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware pets were allowed in the hotel, but apparently they are.

T he fridge had some stains in it and the pillows had a few orange stains on them. There was also not a nice smell, kind of like dog when we first walked in but it went away after a little while.

Food was good and hot. Conveniently located

The tub was quite slippery. Need to add more effective anti slip products.

The room is big and quiet

I booked a double room with double beds at first. But they finally gave me a king room with one bed. They said already full booking, and a big crowd would arrive at the late night. However, I didn’t see any signs of this. I just feel like they don’t want to give us the double room because there were many empty rooms back then. Why not who come who first? We went there early, just a few cars parked there.
