The staff were nice and breakfast was good

My son put his hand in a huge mess of white creamy slimy stuff on the bed. Wasn't sure if it was lotion or sperm. Didn't seem it got cleaned. I made him wash his hands. So gross

The hotel was clean and inviting when you first walked in. The rooms are comfortable.

The only thing I would change is the hours of the pool. I wish it stayed open a little later.

This hotel is in a great location with extremely helpful staff. The rooms are nice with updated bathrooms and carpets. The neighborhood is quiet and parking was plentiful. Good breakfast choices for those who like eggs, sausage, and bacon. Fitness center was ok, there are only 2 treadmills which can be difficult if there are many people working out.

This is not a good hotel for light sleepers. We had a room with an adjoining door, and our neighbor kept us up coughing all night. The floors and ceilings are also thin, with heavy walkers waking you up. You can also hear much of what is going on in the rooms from the hallways. We also had an ant problem in our room. The staff was very helpful in moving us to another room because of the issues stated above.

Room not ready at told check in time. Coming in from out of town to go to wedding... had to use another relative already staying there to get ready at same time they are trying to get ready. 6 people 1 bathroom...reservation was verified 2 times.Paid alot for 6 room reservations for wedding attending relatives.

East check in, clean comfortable room.

Getting a room by the stairs, no free drink tickets like I got the month before.
