Location was convenient.

The front desk was not helpful or accommodating at all. The bartender told us there was ni food while eating behind the bar at 7:30. I will not stay there again due to your staff.

The breakfast was good but no "wow" factor.
The facility is over priced for what you get from it.

It is very convenient to access from the highway. The check-in process was very easy and the service was good throughout our stay. It was clean and comfortable.
Though it is easy to get to from the highway, it is also right next to the highway and you can hear the noise of the highway in your room. I had to sleep with my ear plugs. The breakfast was ok but pretty much like most hotels these days.

the parking lot was spacious.... the room was clean
Breakfast wasn't good. The pool did not look inviting. First the remote in my room didn't work and after maintence man came it worked but then it didn't again. The room next door was very noisy.

The location is very good, the room was large and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was definitely the highlight!
It’s a great building but is getting pretty run down. The hall carpets were dirty. Our room was mostly clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was all scratched up and needs to be replaced. The lotion bottle was sticky, and two of the 3 ice machines we checked didn’t have ice.

room was dark and noisy as it backed to freeway. when I asked to change rooms I was told I couldn’t because I booked through booking.com even though they had rooms available

The staff was exceptional, they made sure I had everything I needed, and said let us know if you need anything else we will surely get it for you. I had an awesome stay!

Location was great. Didn’t have time for breakfast,it smelled good though from the lobby
We were given a room on the ground floor so heard the very loud footsteps from above us. In addition to that our room was on the highway side of the hotel. Was not a quiet setting.

Breakfast was somewhat bland. One ply toilet paper. Someone in the room above me making a lot of noise.o
