Location was near town. They gave us two parking spots even though we had 1 car. Spots were tight and short and we had a cargo hauler so we needed the space.

There was no breakfast. We had two rooms and the following is true for both. Facility appeared clean but upon further investigation was not. They smelled musty. The window AC unit was pulling a funny smell from the tight space between our room and the building behind us. We shut it off. Good thing it wasn't summer. At the same time we noticed the window was left unlocked so we locked it. The AC unit also had a cloth shoved around the top gap to cover shoddy workmanship where they were trying to frame it out. There was noticeable black mold in the bathroom. The worst thing was when we ran our hands across the top of the bed frame and other ledges in the room we came away with a significant amount of dust and dirt. This should not happen! Bottom line is the room was small, not properly cleaned and smelled. It was not worth the money we paid. It should have been half the price. Why Cody is demanding such prices is beyond us. We traveled across country and stayed at much nicer places for half the costs with more amenities and breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

Good location! Large room for my family of 5. There aren’t a lot of options for rooms with 3 beds. Very clean!

Parking lot was a little cramped.

We stayed on two different nights. The first room was stuffy, small and noisy since it was right on the street. The next time we stayed, we had a king room, the bed was comfortable, room was clean and it was not noisy.; I would have given a higher overall rating if we had only stayed in the second room but clearly it depends on which room you get when you stay there.

The room was a surprise, you would never rate it from the exterior a 50/60's style motel. Friendly receptionist. Very nicely fitted out. Bonus was a place to clean my motorcycle on a patch of lawn, with all the cleaning materials provided! Cody brewing across the street.

Bathroom fan didn’t work. A roll of half used toilet paper was left on the chair. Air conditioner was extremely loud and didn’t keep keep correct temperature.

No breakfast. But licated downtown near restaurants. We bought pizza across the street at Dominos and ate our meal at a near by liquor store. Just paid for our beer there. All within easy walking distance of the motel.

Room was clean, laundry facilities available (for charge), was able to order pizza for delivery to the room from Pizza Hut. About a 15 minute walk to the main street area.

Outrageous charges for using laundry, room outdated, bathroom not in one space, (part of it out in the bedroom space), bathroo needed recaulking, very poor lighting in shower area. Old TV, no streaming services.
