For $120 a night, westin at arlington beats this at the same price. Also shower was not powerful enough. There is smell of smoker in room/hall way. But i don't really care. Seems the cheapest in the area and that's what i go for to get things done if i ever comes back.

The rooms were large and I had a decent view of the town from the 6th floor. Overall, clean and the staff was easy to communicate with. The location was great, lots of things in town and close to Jiffy Lube Live. Dollar tree close by as well. Also, it seems to be in a good neighborhood overall quiet at night, although the walls are thin.

There are no hotel welcome books in the room. Call my old fashioned but I like seeing what's in the area, hotel contacts, places that deliver, what services are offered, and so on. You also have to call or walk down to request dishes, which was not a problem for me, but I see how that could be annoying. The breakfast is also literally just a grab and go. The table you see to the left of the check-in is where they put coffee, and then they have little baskets with individual snacks. Again, it's not an issue for me since I went to the dollar tree anyway. They also do not have housekeeping on Saturdays and sundays, I was not aware until I called on Saturday for service. This means I was out of towels ,Saturdays being my 3rd day, and I had to bring them downstairs to the reception counter to get new ones. The walls were also thin, so I was woken up by a lady who was playing with her dog in the next room.

It was very clean and it had a small kitchenette.

There was no shampoo and conditioner, and breakfast could have been a bit better.

The smoke smell was very strong

Awful body odor smells in the lobby and hotel room. Room looked clean but smelled very bad.

The gentleman who helped with checking in was nice.

The room was extremely dirty, cat hair all over, makeup handprints on the bathroom doorframe, an old soap in the shower, dirty walls and a ripped off blackout.
