The price was reasonable and the staff were polite.

The bathroom faucet and the shower dripped and would not turn off properly. We informed the front desk clerk about this - room 220. The door keys would not work. There was no bottled water to buy.

I didn't like the fact that I woke up to an adult Bed bug in my bed with 3 bites ( one on my face,boob,and back)

This is an older hotel, needs remodeled, they have begun with parking lot paving, but should start in rooms

In my opinion the building is old, is like an hotel for foreign workers. Is a cheap hotel, but just for bed and breakfast and continues your trip that’s ok

The bedrooms were just fine but the hallways and stairs could be vacuumed.

Everything. Didn’t stay. Cancelled when we pulled into the parking lot. Building was a mess Felt unsafe in the neighborhood and parking let and there were homeless people living in the parking lot as well as some men just hanging around the hotel doing drugs in the open. Trying to get a refund for the cancel fee but they are not responding to Booking.com to address.

Sheet had brown stain on it and people outside loud at 3am. I’m thinking it was staff outside for a few smoke breaks

The shower after a dreadfully long day.

Oh man! The person at check in was rude and unprofessional. The hallways had dirty laundry that stunk like punk in the hallway. Visible dirt on the hallway floors. The mattress was lumping and could see the indents from where people slept. I did inspect for bedbugs and found no signs, so we stayed due to how tired we were. I would avoid this place.

police was there when we arrived and when I checked in person was leaving and commented to another staff that they didn’t have to do much in last room as “ no stains on sheets” which seemed weird to say in front of a customer as made me think did they not change sheets of no stains?

The only thing my husband and i were abit disappointed in the shower floor area (needed to be cleaned) and wish the toilet seat was replaced had a bunch of chips in it

The location for my venue was perfect! The front end staff were super nice!

Booking.com said there would be no addition charge for pets and the photo showed there would be hot breakfast. The breakfast was only cold options and I was charged $10 per dog per night! Lots of marijuana smoking in rooms!

The cleaning people are rude! When my daughter asked for clean linens she was asked if she thought she was privileged. I paid for her room this was not a general assistance rent and she deserves everything I PAID FOR! I have spent upwards of $2,000 in the last 3 weeks here!! Clean your rooms! Roaches FOUND IN ROOMS! We had to bring her belongings to the laundry mat as I can't bring roaches to MY HOME! Extra charges on my card I'm going to guess you charged me for the clean linen.

One of the best motel breakfasts I've seen. Everything nice and clean.

Overpowering smell of bleach in the room. I'm sure it's not their fault and just because of covid rules but it was very strong.

it was a place for me to stay and not be out in the streets at night. it was ok for the breakfast but as for the rest it was to far from my work and my dr.’s and other places that I needed to go.

that there wasn’t no lunch and supper that was near by to walk to or to dine in at the hotel also I just didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi and I had problems with getting the tv stations and the worst thing I didn’t like about there was no place by the bed for me to plug my phone in to charge it. otherwise it was ok.
