Good location, near the convention center

Could have been cleaner. Needs some room updates. Walls and floors looked dirty.

The property had tons of parking available for residents. The check-in process was simple & quick. The shower was hot & the towels were great. Was able to stay an additional hour for check out (free of charge). Loved that.

They didn’t have plastic utensils; usually a hotel will have plastic utensils. The pot holes are BAD. So watch where you’re driving. Did not have additional pillows.

Old feeling hotel.....dossnt seem super clean definitely could use some serious refresh and cleaning in general.

Stayed one night, room was clean and spacious,bed was ok, shower was ok. Full size refrigerator was nice. Was satisfactory for one night stay.

The welcome person was very helpful and they made us comfortable

The bath faucet leeks, the bathroom sink the water would not go we try to clean the drain but it was too disgusting and just stop. The rugs had not been bacum we found scraps of food that were not ours. The hall and elevator floor had so many stains.

Breakfast was fine. The granola bars were smashed. It would be even better if the breakfast was left out a little longer instead of being put away.

I didn’t like the fact that every day that we stayed there I had to go and get a new key since the one that we had would not open the door every day. I also did not like that the inside of the elevator was very dirty on the floor and it smelled. I also didn’t like in our shower there was mold on the wall. I did not like that every time I went to the front desk that there was not a person there to help me and I needed to wait until the person that worked there came back to help me.
