Gute Lage, direkt in Coconut Point Einkaufszentrum . Netter Empfang.

Typisches amerikanisches One-Night Hotel. Das angebotene „Frühstück“ ist in jeder dt. Jugendherberge dreimal besser.

It was quick and went well.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I needed more coffee, and they replenished me that day. I needed a new light bulb, and it was replaced that day. This is my 4th stay here- I’ll be back next month.

Not a thing- you cannot improve Perfect.

Handicap bathroom

The breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the fire alarm at 9:10 Sunday night and having a extra charge pending that we didn’t do

The location was good and close to the Hyatt Regency where our conference was.

We came down for breakfast at 9:55 and all the food already was taken away so we didn't get any breakfast. I asked to open the sleeping sofa the night before (we were 3 people) and was told to do it by myself. Only when I insisted the receptionist came up to do it. This hotel has no service after hours (whatever is that unknown time)

Breakfast was below average compared to other hotels and Hyatt Eggs Bacon served in cast iron pots which had hot to the touch handles donut holes were stale and only pastry offered tables were left I cleaned The hotel was a wonderful place to stay despite the food offering

The rate and location

When we arrived at the hotel at 7:20 pm our room was not ready. We had to go to dinner and come back at 9:00 pm to have our rooms ready. Apparently there was only 1 cleaning person cleaning. Also, the hot water was not working. Thirdly, I think the hotel needs to update their flooring and remove carpet (carpet is very unhygienic).
