bloodstained bed, had to turn the mattress to not sleep on it , housekeeping was asked multiple times for towels & wouldn’t bring them.

Will be contacting Customer Service. Only really good thing is that the Hotel is in a good location...

Contacting Customer Service. Staff awful! Even had to get are own towels from the laundry area and take out our own trash. Only got service once...Request twice to change sheets at least.

cheap and 8 minutes from the beach.

it could use some updating. we didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge in the room. no tv guide. no trash can. smelt like marijuana there were people smoking it by the dumpsters in broad daylight. not very good parking.

The room 153 was not cleaned! Bugs crawling! Light over the sink was out. We stayed to days no one cleaned our room.

pet friendly. I appreciate the mattress being fully covered by a protective cover, less chance for bed bugs. the staff was okay. we had some issues with being over charged but they fixed that when we checked out.

it’s outdated and needs major repair work. toilet leaked, the tub and faucets are very old and rusting. the walls could use fresh paint and the trim around the floor could be replaced. the place is just old and needs a total refurb. Staff could be more helpful when trying to find lost and found. I lost a pair of car keys and didn’t realize it until after we checked out and left the island. I called the hotel and the girl at the front desk looked in lost and found, said most of the housekeepers are good about returning most lost item but couldn’t guarantee they would be handed in. I asked the staff member if she could have someone check the room for the keys, and she said she couldn’t. don’t know why unless someone was checked into the room, but that could have been explained. it sounded like she just didn’t want to go look.

I felt scared. lots of low life people. dog mess everywhere, people don’t pick it up.

The Manager very helpful and kind. Really go the extra mile to make sure that our stayed was comfortably. My room was 128 and My name Miriam Tapari.
