Filthy, unsanitary, felt unsafe. Disgusting hotel . Soiled mattresses.

The location was right off the highway

There were roaches in my room. They have a stove but you have to pay for utensils to use it.

The staff was very nice and polite.

There was bugs in the room. The booking did not say linens or no linens and so when we quickly reserved the room, it was set to no linens (linens was extra money). That meant, there was no shower curtain in the bedroom, no cleaning of the room, no pillows, and no extra toilet paper. Luckily we had some of that but we had to go out and buy some of that. The place was loud even on the top floor at all hours. People were smoking inside when they were not supposed to.

Everything... there was a strong smell.of weed in the halls a crackhead outside cutting hair. Beds don't look clean, and the door does not lock unless you use deadbolt

Nothing. They even said they don't have a room even when I payed for it early with booking.com The Front desk lady was also very rude. Then House keeping said that they was almost done with room. I was still so dirty. And the bed sheets had small pubic hair all over. Tub and frige where dirty. Floors where dirty. I did not stay the night. Left my key under the window and slept in my car.

I didn't know about breakfast.

There was no one at the office to give us a room key and we had to pay for a room next door to your facility therfore we did not stay with you
