Location is great for getting good food and close shopping and entertainment.

The shower handle seemed to be acting up as it was difficult to balance between hot and cold.

The microwave in our room was broken. The staff was friendly and let us use the one in the break room but it was definitely inconvenient.

it was dirty, dusty and to be honest not even sure if the sheets were even changed. fridge still had some left behind weird alcohol and smelling.

The staff was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more.

I don't like that the bathroom floors were dirty including the toilet. The unit had no dishes, soap, no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates. I booked extended stay so that I could cook for my child's bday. Upon arriving I found out that I shouldn't have paid as much and just got a regular room without a kitchenette because nothing was provided in the room. I'm highly upset, extremely disappointed, and most likely going to write several bad reviews never recommend this place in any city and never book here again. My daughter's birthday was ruined. Thanks Extended Stay!!!

no cameras in the parking lot near all entrances. my car was damaged and no camera caught it and I was parked directly in front of a side entrance. there should always be cameras by the doors
