The room was cute and liked the kitchen available

The floor felt gritty and there were huge dog hair puffs i corners and under bed. Also, The bed frAme was too squeaky and bed was very uncomfortable.

The pool was amazing, well kept and clean.

This was nothing about the facility but there was a family with ferral kids. They were up late and loud jumping around and at the park unattended. They even were throwing sand at each other and the kids screamed for 20 mon while the other kids had to go get the mom.

We had a wonderful room with an amazing view over the dunes up to the beach and ocean. Sweet little details in the room, the queen beds were nicely spread out with one being around the corner. We had a wonderful stay and recommend The Breakers.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. No air conditioning was a hot evening for October. Balcony for room we stayed in wasn't very private at all had person next door looking in our room. Location was good could use alittle updating. Pool and hot tub hours are good an have adult only hot tub we dad take advantage of. There's bike to rent $5 a hour which could be included in stay. Enjoyed the stay besides person next peeping in our room over balcony.

The view was amazing, clean room, nice and quiet perfect for a relaxing weekend!! My son loved the swim 🏊‍♂️ pool Will definitely be back!

Bummer that in order to sit on your balcony you have to look at everyone else & vice versa.

The balcony situation but there isn’t anything you can do unless you put up some type of screens to see out but not so clearly in. Privacy screens.

We used the great outdoor hot tub, and walked to the beach. The location on the coast, a bit away from the congested beach town was great. Balcony in the room offered great views.

Such a great deal and the big window in the room was amazing... The kitchen was a great surprise! The only complaint was no bathtub! Everything else was great!!!

- Staff was friendly and courteous - Grounds and unit clean - Dog friendly - Good option if you are looking for multi-family get-together

- Bedding was terrible. The Bed was too small and the bedding too big; the pillows too small/flat/uncomfortable. - Cooking utensils and pan in serious need of updating - Only 1 washer and dryer per building. Had to constantly check if it was empty. Was finally able to on the last day at 6 am - Only 1 area for BBQ. We could not use it because it was overtaken several nights by large groups. They played music too loud and clearly, they were drunk. They stopped at 10 pm but really?! - Although there is beach access however if we wanted to spend the day at the beach, which is why we were there, we had to drive and park. We had too much gear to carry and so not an option to walk from our unit.

Perfect location! Beach front and right at the start of the Discovery trail (biking/walking trail that runs south 8 miles). We loved the clean pool and hot tub and the property was clean and well maintained. Balcony looked out at the ocean and we enjoyed that. Definitely recommend!
