The bed was very comfy. Room was clean. The location was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be.

The breakfast bar left alot to be desired for but as expected.

The breakfast and the location were perfect for our needs. I congratulate you for your attention to the ladies who attended us at breakfast, there was cleaning and everything was very excellent.

When he requested more towels because we were 3 people, they told me that there were no towels because there were many customers and also the garbage in the garbage containers, they were not voted on time. They indicated, leave it outside the door, we left it outside the door, but they never picked it up.

The reception staff is very polite

The room was not clean. Dirty walls and doors. The toilet paper they left was used almost finished and I had to ask .

we got upgraded to a suite since not enough 2 queen bed rooms were ready, so that was a pleasant surprise

The staff was polite.

The staff not knowledgeable of food choices after hours in the area. If I would of chosen to eat from snack area, there weren’t many choices & very little in stock. The staff standing around talking about customers in the breakfast area. If a customer is unaware how the pancake maker works, show them without huffing & puffing.

Check in was very slow. 45 minutes for 3 rooms.

convenient to family and shopping and such. the breakfast and coffee. was delicious. the popcorn was a treat.

the adjacent bowling alley parking lot had an 18-wheeler and a couple big motor homes that ran the generators so I had to use ear plugs at night.

how close it was to liberty university

the room and hallways were filthy. the bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly- tub was dirty, the cubby that held our towels was dirty and the bathroom floors were not swept and it smelled like cigarettes in the room. there was a brown stain on one of the washcloths provided and a stain on the blanket on the bed. the shower curtain was being held in place with a zip tie and a penny - this is not acceptable.the mirrored door to the closet was not cleaned - it had debris stuck to it. my daughter and I didn’t notice as we checked in pretty late the night before- we went straight to sleep- it wasn’t until we woke up the next morning to shower and get dressed that we noticed the condition of the room and bathroom. it was very unpleasant.

Bed was pitiful. Actually unusable with huge sinkhole. The other queen bed in the room was usable, barely.

The location was central to everywhere i needed to go for work.

Staff in kitchen were very unprofessional and rude at times.

no housekeeping… asked for towels, garbage bags, more shampoo … never delivered. common areas had spills that were not cleaned up. not allowed to leave pet in room without supervision… why are you advertised as pet friendly?

Breakfast was good and overall hotel layout was nice.

The bathroom had a mold smell and it looked like their was pink staining on the bottom of the shower curtain it was kinda gross. Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable enough for an overnight stay. They also closed the breakfast doors early at 845.
