Cleanliness, great hotel, pool, location, all very nice
The staff was extremely loud starting at 8am this am woke us up had music blasting in the room next to ours 214 had the music, 215 is where we stayed, and they were very loud in the hallway like no other guests were there.

If I knew the place was under construction I would have never rented there. A lot of noise dirt debris around.

We like that we have access to the beach, towels and chairs, pool and restaurant.
The service at the restaurant could have been better. We had to wait a while for our food and our order was forgotten.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was actually bigger than it appeared online. We were also able to check in early which was nice. The staff knew I was coming for my bachelorette trip, so they gave us a bottle of processo, glasses, and a card which was so nice! Overall, it was a very nice hotel and a perfect location for the beach!
The only thing I could say is our bathroom door would get stuck causing it to make a pretty loud noise whenever it was opened. The beds were also pretty firm.

Great staff, everyone was friendly. Michael at the front desk was very helpful. We loved the outside entertainment and the Pier House had good food.
Price for hotel and restaurant was a little high bur everything was good.

The view was amazing. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Especially in the restaurant. Everything was exceptional.
There wasnt much we didn't like. Having smaller children and wanting to walk to center was a bit daunting, but its not hotels fault. We could've made arrangements for a ride or rented a bike or golf cart.

Loved the beach service with towels, chaises, and umbrellas! Also enjoyed the on- site restaurant, outdoor dining, and nightly entertainment on the lawn! A perfect getaway for friends or family! Would highly recommend to others!

The room was beautiful. We loved the balcony. The pool and beach setup were perfect for our family.
There was poor phone and internet reception in our room and near the pool.

The beach staff was exceptional. Also housekeeping on my floor was very good.

Came to Cape May for a Coast Guard graduation, to is VERY close to the Training Center.
Restaurant on the premises, which was great. We came down in January.

I scheduled for 4 days got sick and had to leave early and they refused to compensate us the fact that I had to leave early due to illness. Refused to even give us a credit to come back. I know times are hard but they are hard for me as well.
